ALT Cobalt & Nickel Products (Dalian) Co., Ltd. (hereby called “ALT”), was founded in 2000 under the Policy for Foreign Investment established by the government of Dalian city in China and the Foreign Investment Bureau of High Nero-Tech Park in Dalian. ALT is a solely Canada-owned enterprise registered in Dalian, a professional manufacturer of compound of cobalt and nickel. There are approximate 90% of its production capacity that is distributed into most of countries and areas all over the world. ALT is enjoying the Importation and Exportation Franchise of Self-support. ALT has been regarded as a Products Exportation Enterprise by the Cooperation Bureau Foreign Trade and Economy in Dalian.  ALT is famous for its exquisite chemical products of cobalt in the globe, as the largest exporter of Canada-owned in Northeast China. The headquarter of ALT is comprised of Foreign Trade Centre, Finance Centre, Purchase Department and File Office at unit 4001 Manhattan Tower, Youhao Road of the downtown of Dalian. The old factory, a centre base, located in Qipan village of Dalian, 27 kilometres away from the headquarter of ALT. ALT was approved by ISO 9001:2000 International Quality System in 2003, and ALT Cobalt & Nickel Products (Dalian) Co., Ltd. has already passed the ISO 9001:2000 International Quality System of 2004, 2005, and 2006 separately and successfully. ALT’s total investment is USD 5 million dollars, annual production of each product is 800 tons. ALT’s sales increased from RMB 10 million in 2002, to 80 million in 2006. In 2007, Sales expect to reach 1 billion.
